Recently, Two Islands Meet (Shannon and Martin) has completed our winter project with “Wee Blue Dream self catering log cabin.
Since last year, we have slightly improved our original “Wee Blue Dream log cabin” layout and given it a fresh new look inside.
Martin has been busy self building a tiny, cosy reading and sleeping nook.
Furthermore, we have also installed the cool blue wood burner stove to take centre stage in the log cabin. It makes our Wee Blue Dream more cosy, warm and energy efficient. What you can’t see is the layer of sheep’s wool insulation we installed against the north wall.
When we opened for our first winter season, the weather was predictably cold and snowing.

We have already had positive feedback from our guests about the Wee Blue Dream new look “It was lovely and warm with the wood burner on. A great little place to stay.” We are so happy that our guests agree that this was a great addition to our already special place to stay.
We are now taking booking for 2023 seasons.
Martin, Shannon and Lucy are looking forward to seeing our guests enjoy their winter break in our warm cosy winter countryside getaway.
